Reservations and Payment:
An advance deposit secures your room for up to two persons. There is an additional 9 percent Vermont rooms tax that is also assessed. We will refund your deposit if cancellations are made prior to 15 days before planned arrival (30 days for holidays and foliage season). There is a $25 booking fee per room per night that will be deducted from returned deposits. At check-in we accept cash or checks drawn on US bank to settle your account.
Welcome and Farewell: Please allow us to welcome you from 3 pm on. We will freshen your room daily between 10:30 am and 3 pm. On departure day we appreciate check out by 11 am. (Please let us know if your plans may differ.)
Midweek: Three nights for price of two (space available, except holidays) Make reservation for Monday and Tuesday nights; get Sunday or Wednesday night complimentary. Upon check in The Fan House will upgrade you to the best room available. You will receive sumptuous daily breakfasts and daily tips on best things to see and do in Vermont. This means that a couple can have a three-night Vermont vacation for the price of two nights. This offer is good up to Sept. 11, 2009 (holidays excepted). (Please add $40 a night to cover each night of in-home you request.)
The Fan House is offering a nightly stay, with dinner and a daily excursion pass for two, for $200 space available from May 1 through Sept. 15, 2009. This does not include a 9 percent Vermont rooms and meals tax. Please add $40 per night if booking The Fireplace Suite.
